Joining the Military: MEPS

After signing up as an official applicant to join the military, your recruiter will sign you up for an appointment at MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station). While this sounds daunting, really MEPS is like a day and a half of academic testing and a physical – with at least 50 other people. Visiting Lackland Air Force Base: BMT Graduation

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit Lackland for my boyfriend’s graduation from BMT (Basic Military Training). The entire trip was amazing and I enjoyed the chance to see the base before attending BMT myself this coming fall.
